Refund Policy Physical Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Woke Enterprises. is not responsible for return charges such as shipping, handling, gift wrap.

In order to be eligible for a refund:

  • Your product must be a garment such a pajama set.
  • All sets must be returned with both top and bottom.
  • You must return the product within 5 calendar days of receiving your purchase at your own cost.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags.

  • If the product was purchased as part of a bundle (also known as a "package deal"), the refund will substract the cost of the original items at the un-bundled price.  

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it. Upon approval, they will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Email us to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

The following products are "one size fits all." Therefore, no refund or exchanges will be provided: umbrellas, headwraps, neckties, bowties, scarves, and other accessories.

The following products are "intimate apparel." Therefore, no refund or exchanges will be provided: swimwear, swimsuits, bikinis.
