Welcome to Cotonou International Airport. We’ll have a car waiting for you at your arrival, and bring you to the lodging.   Enjoy a welcome dinner filled with local flavors, rhythms, and introductions to your unforgettable cultural journey.

Day 2

Tracing the Slave Route

In Ouidah, walk the Slave Route—where echoes of history meet spiritual resilience. Visit the Temple of the Python and learn of the ancestral faith.

Day 3

Fierce Women & Fashion

Explore Cotonou, honor the warrior Woman King at the monument, browse colorful fabrics at the market, and meet the tailor.

Day 4

Ganvié: The Venice of Africa

Glide through stilted village on serene waters of Lake Nokoué, and witness life afloat in this iconic floating community.

Day 5

Ancestral Arts on the Black River

Along the mystical Black River, witness traditional weaving, taste local brews, and feel the heartbeat of rhythm passed down through generations.
